Our Proposal
"Club Tropicana" an evening full of escapism to Latin America & the Caribbean

Features of the Event

• Large outdoor marquee themed for a tropical experience, complete with palm trees and authentic Caribbean beach huts. Across the whole of one side was a flood lit dancing waters feature, which changed colour as the evening developed.
• Waiting staff were dressed in colourful costumes, and included some undercover actors who interacted humorously with the guests.
• On arrival guests were greeted by a large 15 piece Caribbean steel orchestra playing on a platform in the middle of the lake.
• The entertainment ranged from the best Magic Circle close-up magicians, to an unusual kite flying competition (quite a spectacle with x20 in the air at once!)
• Dinner was an informal tropical buffet – specially designed to provide an extravaganza for the tastebuds.
• After dinner guests were treated to a flamboyant and colourful Salsa Spectacular, including some audience participation, which was then followed by a limbo dancing exhibition with poles of fire.
• Guests then danced the night away to a top feature band and discotheque.
• The grand finale of the evening was a spectacular firework display.
