Case Study 1: Arabian Nights Client
International Media Company
Company Brief
Organise a themed party in the West End of London for
x 300 guests. The challenge this year was that, due to
the economic climate, budgets were trimmed.
Our Proposal
"Arabian Nights" party in a newly opened nightclub
Features of the Event
- We proposed “Arabian Nights” because we
could save costs on venue theming by using a sophisticated
Moroccan style nightclub.
- We also provided the added cachet of
proposing a new venue, sourced from BHB’s comprehensive
database of London venues
- A specially designed box of Turkish
Delight added a ‘sweetener’ to the invitation
- Greeting the guests was a troupe of daredevil
Arabian bandits, whose fire-eating spectacle lit up
the night sky.
- Moorish cocktails, Moroccan drummers and
gorgeous belly dancers all added to the welcome.
- The interior was furnished to look like an
Arabian Souk, complete with speciality stalls where
guests could visit the mystic and have their fortune
told in the sand; hop on to Ali Baba’s magic carpet;
or watch out for the Indian rope trick!
- A colourful Bedouin tent provided
opportunities to sample some local delicacies and try
out a hookah pipe
Clients Comments -
"From the hustle and bustle of London to a night
full of eastern promise, this year the BHB team rose to the challenge
and exceeded expectations, thank you."
