Our Proposal
Roadshow covering six destinations within two weeks
Features of the Event
- Sourcing suitable venues which could accommodate either x500 or x250 guests. We achieved the added cachet that four of the venues were newly opened and exciting
- Working in conjunction with the in-house marketing team as a seamless extension of their operation
- Provision of a wide range of communications, from the pre launch publicity, through to the event itself and ongoing communications afterwards.
- Provision of promotional literature and graphics which were striking, crisp and highly creative, with the aim to project a new product in a way that was unforgettable and meaningful
- Reinforced the theme and brand identity with a dramatically lit stage set, computer animation and speaker support. Styled the set so that it could be easily transported and installed in different locations
- Organised the roadshow logistics with meticulous planning, so the whole operational team were happy, well informed and motivated, and we had no need to refer to any of our contingency provisions
- We created an incentive reward programme at a national level, which was ongoing for six months after the launch, culminating with the top teams (x80 guests) being taken for a spectacular weekend in the Highlands of Scotland
