Company Brief
Devise an Incentive Travel Reward
Our Proposal
Weekend Extravaganza in the Highlands of Scotland
Features of the Event
- We recommended Scotland because we could
keenly price the event and include x 40 partners in the
incentive prize. Bringing a partner increased the incentive
to win
- Gala dinner in a Scottish castle complete
with a floodlit massed band of pipers beating the retreat
- Option of three styles of activity day:
- Adrenaline rousing white water rafting
and driving up over the rugged Scottish moors on quad bikes
- Sightseeing with a difference, incorporating
a mock battle on the Pass of Killiecrankie; behind the
scenes and sampling in a salmon smoke house; painting
a watercolour masterpiece
- Golfing on one of Scotland’s famous
championship courses
- The second evening guests were kitted
out in full Scottish regalia for a “Ceilidh” - they
had great fun learning the Scottish reels.
- The finale was an off road safari over
the Highlands of Scotland with a sumptuous picnic luncheon
in a remote glen, and eagles flying overhead.
- Pre event teasers, and afterwards a
video of the event, were sent throughout the company
to motivate the team for the next year
