Features of the Event

• Sourced a Luxury Hotel in the centre of Paris which was used for the conference and accommodation
• Handled all delegate logistics as they flew in from around the World
• Reinforced the theme and brand identity with a dramatically lit stage set, live camera feeds, computer animation and speaker support
• Organised a special dining experience programme for each evening from an intimate dinner in a private chateau, to the grandeur and prestige of the Senate, to a themed party in a Parisian brasserie.
• Specially designed a leisure programme for the partners not attending the conference
• BHB bilingual onsite staff and event management
