Features of the Event

• Sourced the conference venue - a modern black interior pavilion with chrome high tension structured walls
• Installed one of the largest presentation screens’ available 24’ x 24’
• Produced invitations, badges, venue signage, set design and on screen graphics
• Provided guest registration and stylish modern catering
• Facilitated discussions with senior directors/ managers replacing the usual lectern style presentations
• Researched, created and hosted a forum session
• Broke up the running order with table challenges utilising x35 computers with LAN wireless link-up
• Provided an exhibition area with eight computer podiums
